On draft, we currently feature Marble Double White, Marble Red, Ballast Point Sculpin IPA, Lagunitas IPA, Bosque Scotia, De La Vega’s Pecan Beer, $2 PBR, Dos Equis Ambar, Dos Equis Lager, and Strongbow Cider.  

Our passion for fresh local ingredients extends beyond the kitchen and into our bar. Our bartenders are the masterminds behind the cocktails we feature, and each cocktail is derived from fresh and local ingredients specific to the season.

LAVENDER FIZZ

1 fresh egg white

1.5 ounces of simple syrup

Juice from half of a lemon

2 ounces Lavender Vanilla Bean infused vodka

Directions: Add all ingredients to a shaker cup and dry shake (shake liquid with no ice. For an added kick, throw a Blender Ball into the mix to build more froth.) Shake for 45 seconds. 

Add ice into your shaker cup and shake the cocktail for an additional 45 seconds. 

Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lavender flower. 

This can be served up or over ice depending on your preference.
