Canvas Artistry offers a multi-cultural street food menu with the influences of each other combined. We work closely with local farmers and vendors to ensure that the ingredients used are not only fresh, but support our local economy. All dishes prepared will be planned around what is currently in season. For example, our most popular dish, the Tempura Fried Spam Musubi is a classic Hawaiian dish which we have implemented influences from Asia to create the most delectable rendition of Musubi you will find. We don’t stop with the main course. Our desserts are second to none. Our most popular dessert, and a staple on our seasonally changing menu is our Stuffed Sopapillas. We combine New Mexican influences into the plating of this dessert by using our homemade piñon ice cream to fill our handmade sopapillas which is then finished off with a chocolate and caramel drizzle.

As a team, we have extensive experience not only in a restaurant setting, but in banquets and catering as well. We offer catering for events on and off premise, and for any occasion!
